This egg bears images of eternal love.  There are two ideograms used for the periwinkle, and this egg employs them both.  Periwinkle was the sacred plant of Venus, and so represents eternal love.  Also in this egg, the geometric rose (the design that looks like a big star)  It carries the same meaning as flowerws in general, the female principle, love, charity, beauty, elegance and wisdom.

Goose eggs vary in size and shape.  They are bigger than chicken eggs, smaller than ostrich eggs.  I can make you a special one or you can contact me if you're interested in one of the eggs below.  Click photos to see detail.     Contact me
Iris bloom around a pond of pink water lilies.  Frogs and a tiny snake are hidden on the egg as well.   Two views of the same egg are pictured. This egg is a LOT of work.  It can't be made using the usual waxing and dyeing technique since the purple, light blue and dark green cannot go over each other.  I painstakingly apply much of the color with the end of a bamboo skewer. I put as many symbols as I could fit on this goose egg.  Some symbols on this egg are: the cross, the eight-pointed star, flowers, baskets and periwinkle.  $130.00

I really like "day of the dead" art.  I've created both a goose (the larger) and a duck (the smaller) with different skulls representing different kinds of people.  On the top of each egg is a segment that states "no difference".

Blue poppies bloom out of a blue pot on this goose egg. Pine needles and dots surround them.  Pine needles represent strength and boldness.  Dots represent the stars in the heavens.  The dividing ribbon has eight-pointed stars which symbolize life, purity and the Divine Eye of God.  Flowers represent the female principle; love, charity, wisdom, elegance and beauty.  $80.00
